The foundation of all activity in your life, including personal relationships, competition, martial arts, business, etc., is making a decision and taking decisive action. If you struggle with either deciding what to do or taking action, or both, you're facing powerful inner opponents.

The most devastating defeats occur when we mistake these inner blocks for fate. No inner obstacle should be mistaken for fate. They are only an indication that you have some work ahead of you, if you wish to become a more highly skilled warrior and strengthen your spirit.
