Since this week, starting with from the article “MAXIMIZE YOUR ENERGY: Secrets of Rest and Regeneration”, I focused more on Taoism Teachings, I will continue to do so in this volume of Introspection series as well.
The first concept one hears when beginning to learn more regarding Taoism is that of Tao or Dao, as it’s pronounced differently. Tao essentially represents the same notion as Brahman in the Vedic teaching, signifying an ultimate reality beyond. It literally translates to “path” or "way". In the context of Taoism and other Chinese philosophies, it represents a deeper, metaphysical principle.
Tao is seen as the natural order of the universe, an indefinable force guiding all things toward balance. It’s often described as the underlying principle that governs the functioning and changes of all natural phenomena. And here we come up with another symbol that represents this concept, which is the Yin-Yang that I mentioned in the previous article as well.
