Today, we'll delve into the third Psychological Block that individuals might face before taking action: Overthinking. Sure, this is a common obstacle. However, if left unchecked, it can evolve into a habitual pattern, and for some, it may even manifest as a self-destructive addiction. Therefore, if we want our actions to overpower the tendency to overthink, we must master two inner skills:
1- Training our minds to recognize its signs before it gains momentum.
2- Developing strategies to neutralize it and proceed with our actions.
