I was trying to be as objective as possible in this article, and we need a certain amount of daily activity, with the exception of cases of very old age or certain health conditions that prevent us from moving.
My father is 66 y.o. and does 10 km of walking every day, and until today he has had no health problems. I can bet part of it is the reason of his daily activity and diet.
