In the first part (you can read it here), we talked about four main inner blocks that can mess up our ability to concentrate and get things done. We focused on the first one, which we called "Multitasking Overload." This is when you try to do too many things at once, and it usually makes you do worse on each task. To deal with this problem, we suggested that you should put your important goals first, think about how big your tasks are to make them more efficient, and follow the ideas of "Shuchu Ryoku" (putting all your energy into one thing) and "Seiryoku zenryo" (doing your best with the least effort). We also recommended checking if what you're doing matches your main concerns.
Now, in part two, we're going to talk about the next thing that can mess with your focus and discipline. This one is called "Apathy and Monotony," and it's a motivation and discipline killer, if let unchecked for some time.
