True, in retrospect, I have found that many harmful habits that I created, where in common situations. I learned that the hard way.

Those bloody coping mechanisms of the ego can run amok, and turn us into procrastinators of the highest order.

It is interesting you mentioned sparring, as the better fighters make the better people to spar with. They want both people to learn. Both people know they can hurt each other.

But that is understood, and how not to get hurt is explored instead.

Or it can all go badly wrong in 4-5 seconds. It’s all in the attitude. Great stack. Thanks for sharing.
